TOPSOIL
Our blended topsoil substitute is produced to our specification from 100% recycled materials that replace the unsustainable use of virgin topsoil.
- Conforms fully to BS3882:2015
- Available as general purpose topsoil or calcareous blends
- Suitable for use in landscaping contexts
- No contaminants.
Life-cycle carbon assessment to BS EN and ISO standards, confirms the exceptionally low carbon footprint compared with naturally occurring topsoil.
SAND
High quality, 100% recycled sand.
The sand is intensively washed and carefully graded. Because our quality assurance protocols ensure compliance with the product standard, our washed sand bedding is a fully recovered product and does not require the application of a U8 waste exemption.
Our clean, washed, well-graded 0-2mm sand is widely acknowledged for the uses of:
- General construction sand
- Bedding material for livestock
Due to its free-draining, low fines and low organic matter content it is suitable for use within livestock areas. It undergoes extensive microbial, chemical and physical testing to demonstrate compliance with our in-house quality product standard.
