Richard is the founder of UK Remediation with 25 years experience in the remediation and water treatment industries. Responsible for collaboration between all the departments at UK Remediation to ensure that client needs are met. Forward thinking business developments and directing the company through the changing business environment to open up new markets and opportunities.
Jonathan Ridgeway has 25 years’ experience in remediation (both onsite and off-site at fixed soil treatment centres) including earthworks contracting and project management. Takes lead Director responsibility for commercial and operational delivery of projects. Jonathan is integral in business development across all aspects of UK Remediation; Onsite remediation, soil treatment centres and brokering of waste soil. The health and safety of employees and the public are key to a safe & successful business and Jonathan is heavily involved in auditing of our Health & Safety operations on site.
Simon Hockin has over 13 years’ direct experience in contaminated land investigation and remediation, with experience gained in team leadership, technical design, commercial project delivery and contract administration. During this time Simon has often taken the lead in regulatory liaison to ensure reliable discharge of clients’ liabilities and achieve final site “sign-off”.
In his free time, Simon enjoys outdoor sports, including kayaking, walking, cycling and climbing. He likes music – from rock to jazz and classical – and appreciates the visual arts, particularly architecture and sculpture.
